Our succulent hickory smoked pork is slow cooked for 12-14 hours and hand-pulled on-site. Ribs so tender and tasty, with just a hint of sweetness from our Maple’Licious BBQ Sauce. And our chicken, whether smoked or Italian Roasted, is always a crowd pleaser. |
Our Full Service Barbecue Catering includes buffet set up, table cloths, and clean up of the service area. Our professional staff will deliver and set up the buffet, carve the meat and serve it to your guests. You just sit back and enjoy! We cater private parties, corporate functions, weddings, family reunions, grand openings, sporting events, church and school functions. |

 We are thrilled to report that we placed in the top 3 of all categories at the Whole Hog BBQ Cook-Off in North Haverhill, NH. Taking home 2nd Place shoulder, 3rd Place ribs and whole hog (first time competing in the whole hog category), and 2nd Place People's Choice!

We are proud to announce that we are now World Championship BBQ Award winners as we took 9th place in Shoulder at the 2010 Memphis In May World Championship BBQ Cook-Off. We were up against the creme-de-la-creme of all BBQ teams and held our own out of 65 shoulder teams. Making the top ten is an enormous accomplishment for our family and team. Thank you to each and every one of you for your support and rooting us on!!
